hello welcome back to my Channel today
I'm going to show you a few different
vegan breakfast ideas because a lot of
people ask what can you for breakfast
when you go vegan because you're not
going to be eating eggs and bacon you're
not going to be eating cream cheese on
bagels or butter anymore so when it
gives you some healthy vegan breakfast
ideas some of them are higher in protein
than others but they're all super simple

so the first meal is super easy it is
protein smoothie and this is what I like
to put in my protein smoothie it also
makes a really great post-workout shake
so I like to start off with a
plant-based milk I'm gonna use soy milk
but you can use oat milk hemp milk
almond milk or whichever one you prefer
and then I have a handful of baby
spinach this is a really good way to get
your greens in because a lot of us don't
eat our green vegetables enough and
people end it into this smoothie with
all these other ingredients it's not
going to necessarily taste like green
veggies but you're still getting the
vitamins and minerals that you need from
it I have a banana some metals dates and
some hemp seeds which are going to add
extra protein and some omega fatty acids
I have a scoop protein of your choice
and for my supplement link just check

then I have a huge spoonful of patterned
peanut butter there's all different
kinds of brands but this way you can add
a peanut buttery taste without all of
the extra fat calories from peanut
butter I have some plant-based yogurt
I'm just gonna use a vanilla flavored
cashew based yogurt but you can use
coconut yogurt you can even make your
own at home and then I like to add 10
milligrams of the CBD that I use just
our CBD in the link for that is in the
description below as well and you keep
the operative save on skaar CBD as well
and the reason i like to ask you to my
smoothie is because I work out every day
so it's gonna optimize my rest and
recovery so this is all you need and you
just throw it into a blender and blend
it up and that is one super easy vegan
meal that can also be a great post
workout

the next meal that we're gonna make is
going to be a high-protein vegan
breakfast burrito so all you need for
this is some tofu
I prefer extra firm tofu and then some
spices to make the tofu scramble so I
have nutritional yeast curry powder and
turmeric and a little bit of garlic salt
I have a large tortilla to make the
burrito some spinach and onion we're
only gonna need a little bit of the
onion chopped up potato which is
optional but if you want some more carbs
and I kindly recommend potato some
peppers and then vegan cheese which is
also completely optional these are all
the ingredients that you need so the
first thing we're going to do is chop up
this potato and throw it in the oven so
while that's baking we can work on the
other ingredients

okay our next easy vegan breakfast item
is going to be a parfait and I'm gonna
be using chia pudding so this one is
super easy to assemble what you're gonna
want to make the chia pudding ahead of
time the night before or at least a few
hours before so all you need is a few
tablespoons of chia seeds and then you
can add your favorite plant milk I used
to label and you're gonna get the chia
seed pudding this consistency and this
is gonna actually have a lot of protein
on it but if you wanted to add protein
powder to this you could easily mix it
in with the yogurt or you can add more
hemp seeds to increase the protein so I
have my Chauncey pudding I have my
cashew base yogurts and hemp seeds some
vegan granola and then I have some fruit
that I have chopped up like me look cute
