[Music][Applause]listen up guys this first one is goingto be fairly complicated add some oatsto a bowl pour some hot water on it andlet that sit for a while then add in asplash of almond milk cut off one bananatop everything off with a banana and asfor some flavour and sweetness add in afew tablespoons of the jam of yourchoice I went for a cherry jam because Ilove that stuff and there you go lazybreakfast number one[Music][Music]now the second breakfast is going to beanother take on the classic peanutbutter and banana breadusing a fork you're going to mash up onebanana and add a dollop of peanut butterin there if you feel like more peanutbutter then of course add more peanutbutter you could also of course add insome agave syrup for more sweetness I[Music]went ahead and tilted up two pieces ofspelt toast and I spread the banana meshon there and then my little sister and Itopped everything off with some berry[Music]and for breakfast number three we'regonna need a blender and some frozenbananas about a cup of vegan yogurt and1/4 of a cup of oats[Music]then just sprinkle some GOP on top andadd some vegan chocolate sauce eitheryou already have some one hand or if youwant to and if you're not feeling thatlazy you can make your own by mixingtogether cocoa powder a little bit ofwater and agave syrup and this 1/4breakfast idea only requires you to goto the store there is no cookinginvolved because it's literally justvegan protein bars and some freshcold-pressed orange juicesometimes I go for this option if Iabsolutely have no time on my hands orif I feel super lazy and I usually justgrab that as a breakfast to go and nowwe're at the end of the video guys Ihope you enjoyed it if you have anyother lazy vegan breakfast ideas thenfeel free to leave them in the commentsbelow also if you haven't subscribed yetplease do so and yeah I will talk to youguys very soonI[Music]Here's a few incredibly easy and simple ideas for those of you who don't want to spend hours making breakfast..
