hey guys welcome to today's video I'm so
excited that these are some of my
favorite videos to film I filmed a
healthy breakfast ideas for you guys for
like the winter time but this is also
perfect for school mornings if you have
to make these quick you can make the
pancakes like the night before like the
pancake batter the night before and
store it in your fridge you can also tip
you can actually make the pancakes and
then freeze them in your freezer
obviously and they will keep really
really well you can heat them up in the
toaster if you're really on the go
anyway you haven't even seen the recipes
yet but I just wanted to say hey and
let's get started with to the video okay
guys so we're going to start out with
these pumpkin pie overnight oats so
you're gonna need about three
tablespoons of almond milk or coconut
milk one container of applesauce and
then about a tablespoon of Greek yogurt
or you could use coconut yogurt
I prefer coconut yogurt but you could
also use Greek and then you're going to
use about 3/4 of a cup of dry oats and
then you're gonna add in some cinnamon I
added in kind of a lot it was just a lot
of shakes of cinnamon stirred up leave
it in the fridge for overnight and then
put on your chopped apples topped with a
little cinnamon and put some cinnamon
sticks in there to make it all cute but
that's it and you're done and it's so
good
moving on to the gingerbread smoothie
it's a straight-up Christmas in a cup so
you're going to need about one and a
half cups of coconut milk you could use
almond milk reg prefer coconut milk in
this recipe and then you're going to
need one frozen banana I did about half
a teaspoon of ground ginger but I think
in the end I would have preferred 1/4 of
a teaspoon so yeah and then one cup of
ice and then you're going to need about
1/2 a teaspoon of
1/4 of a teaspoon of nutmeg a little bit
of stevia for some sweetness and one
tablespoon of molasses molasses works
best in this recipe but you could also
use maple syrup it's just your
preference I just preferred molasses in
this and then about a teaspoon of
vanilla extract lend it all up you could
actually add in a scoop of protein to
make this a little bit more filling and
just add that protein factor into it I
would use a vanilla flavor but if you
just really want the flavor of this you
can leave the protein out and this
amazing smoothie next we're gonna be
making this super high fiber apple pie
pudding so you're going to start out
with a cup of almond milk and then add
in 1/4 of a cup of chia seeds and then
about a teaspoon of maple syrup and then
as much cinnamon as you want I had it a
lot I even added in a tiny little bit of
nutmeg a little bit of stevia for some
sweetness you want to stir it all up and
then leave it in your refrigerator for
about an hour or you can just leave it
in overnight and then wake up and it's
ready to go and then I just layered it
kind of like a parfait with some chopped
apples and some cinnamon sprinkled on
top topped it with a little bit of honey
and this was absolutely delicious
okay guys we're going to finish this
video off with the best recipe of all so
you're going to start out with one in
3/4 of a cup of almond flour add in 2
eggs whisk 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
a little bit of salt you can add in I
would I don't know I just did a few
turns here or like 1/4 of a teaspoon 1/2
a teaspoon of cinnamon and then about
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg 2/3 cup of almond
milk mix it all together and then pour
it into your pan these are really thick
and just so high in fiber and healthy
fats they're so good I cut them up and
then I actually decorated it to look
like a snowman so you totally don't have
to do this and you can actually store
the batter in the fridge overnight if
you just want to wake up and pour it in
the pan but this makes definitely a few
servings it's so delicious
and how cute is he he's just so cute
like I didn't want to eat him but I did
sorry frosty
